Daughter of the late Michael and Kathryn Kelly (nee Cliggett). Lorraine was a bright, outgoing, generous person. She was a Specialist with the I.R.S. for over 40 years. Most of all, she was a singular caregiver to her mother and sister Jean. She left her mark on many, especially her niece Monica (Tom), her nephew Frank (Joanne), and their children and grandchildren.
