Louise E. Manley (nee Notter) passed away August 13, 2019 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Loving mother of Tom (Say Tip), Louise Hinchcliffe (Tom), and Dennis (Arlene). Dear Gontee of 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Louise was a past member of St. Bernard's Church and Seniors group in Mayfair. She was also a proud season ticket holder of the Philadelphia Eagles for 45 years.
