LTC (R) Robert William Gallagher passed away October 17, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Bobbie Charlene Gallagher. Loving father of Joe Gallagher (Luanne), Robert Gallagher (Martha), and Elizabeth Gallagher Duncan (Fred). He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and his brother Donald Gallagher. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass 8:45 AM on Friday November 2, 2018 at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114. Interment to follow 10:30 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
