March 22, 1925 – September 14, 2017
Margaret was born in McAdoo, PA on March 22, 1925. She was very active in school; she was a member of the gymnastics team, the band, and sang in the choir at St. Michael's Church. Margaret graduated in 1943. She went to Washington, D.C. to work in office. She then met her husband, Albert Casper. She knew he was the one for him after they met at Care Creek where he sang to her. They married in 1946 after he returned from the Navy. Margaret and Albert had four children. Cheryl Ann, born in Wilkes Barre, PA; Richard, born in Philadelphia, PA; David, born in Levittown, PA; and Sharon, also born in Levittown, PA. She was a very proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Margaret was very active in the church choir. She also enjoyed bowling, skiing, doing puzzles, reading, playing pinochle and was also a member of the Federated Woman's Club. Margaret also loved to cook for her family and many friends; she loved to travel and has visited Switzerland, England, Paris, Hawaii, Las Vegas and Germany. Margaret and Albert were happily married 42 years in his passing.
Relatives and friends are invited to Margaret's viewing on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017 9:30 AM at Queen of the Universe, 2443 Trenton Rd. Levittown, PA 19056 followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
