Margaret A. "Peggy" Gowen (nee Dymond) passed away peacefully November 1, 2017, with her family by her side.  Wife of the late George, she is the loving mother of Cheri Lynch (John) and the late Deborah O'Connell, step mother to Marie Dress (Charles), Greg, George Jr., Michael (Marie), Gerald (Donna), and the late Wayne (Danielle).  Dearest grandmother of Kenneth O'Connell (Billie Jo), Sherree (Rocky), Joseph O'Connell, Michael Lynch (Jennifer) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; also survived by her sister Carole Richardson (Walt), her dear friend Fran Costello and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday 8:30 to 10:00 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM St. Dominic Church.  Interment is Private.
