Marie Salvucci-Smith passed away suddenly October 18, 2020, at the age of 72.  Beloved wife of Dennis Sr.  Devoted mother of Dennis C.W. (Amy), Daniel (Sara), David (Patty Anne), Maria Murray (Michael), and Nicholas.  Loving Mom-Mom of Tierney, Gianna, Brendan, Audrey, Vincent, Ava, Carmella, Andrew,  and Mickey.  Dear sister of Barbara Salvucci, Lucy Salvucci (Nick), and the late Anthony Salvucci (Terri); niece of Carmella Salvucci; sister in law of Lorraine Moore (Steve) and the late Thomas Smith (Mary Jane).  Marie will also be missed by her granddogs OB and Cali.

Marie lived her life to the fullest.  She adored her family and devoted her life to her children and grandchildren, as a teacher and avid volunteer at multiple schools and organizations.  Marie touched the lives of so many with her warm and bright personality.  She was loved by all who encountered her and will be forever missed.  May she rest in peace and enjoy the sunshine from a closer seat in Heaven, now.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Thursday Evening, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and also Friday, 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass 12:30 PM St. Jerome Church.  Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
