Mark Scott Kerekes, died suddenly February 18, 2009, at the age of 44. A resident of Lower Southampton Township for the past 25 years, Mark was a volunteer firefighter for the Feasterville and Lower Southampton Township Fire Department. He was also employed in the Public Works Dept. in Lower Southampton Township and was the maintenance manager for St. Bede the Venerable Church.

An avid bowler, Mark also enjoyed singing and dancing. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Corbi), he is the loving father to Ashley and step-father to Lisa and Angela. Mark is also survived by his sister Jeanne, his brother Andrew, nephew Jonathan Kerekes and niece Tammy Kerekes.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday 9AM at Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Rd. Levittown, PA, followed by his service 11AM. At the conclusion of the service, procession will form and leave the funeral home and proceed to the Lower Southampton Fire Department as a final tribute to Mark. Interment will be private.
