Marshall is survived by his brothers Robert (Phyllis) and George (Diane), and his sister Evelyn Pembroke.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather Tuesday, April 20, 2021, from 9-9:45 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.  Funeral Service 10 A.M.  Interment 11:30 A.M.
