Mary Ellen Evans (nee Monaghan), age 65, passed away on on June 18, 2019 following a brief illness.

Mary Ellen was a life long resident of Philadelphia.  She was employed with the Bennett, Bricklin and Saltzburg Law Firm for over 25 years.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas R. "Randy", she is the loving mother of Thomas, John (Lynde) and Lauren, devoted "Me-Me" of Ryan and Rachel and the loving sister of Jacqueline Winters (late Jess), Robert Monaghan, Patricia McCoy (Fran) and Regina Pistory (Jim).

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Phila. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. at St. Katherine of Siena Church followed by interment at Forest Hills Cemetery.
