Obituary
Mary Harmonis (nee Tylawsky), age 95, passed away March 16, 2011.
She was born and raised in Scranton, PA.
After living in Bridgeport, CT and Philadelphia, PA, she moved to Levittown, PA in 1951, becoming one of the original residents.
Above all, Mary loved time she spent with and caring for her family. She enjoyed working in the yard, and taking long walks, especially at the beach. She was active in local politics for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband Michael. She is survived by her children Marijean, of Langhorne, PA and Michael, of Alexandria, VA. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Monday evening, 7-9 P.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1514 Woodbourne Rd., Levittown, PA 19057. Funeral Mass will take place Tuesday morning, 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 1773 Woodbourne Rd., Levittown, PA 19057. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
