Matthew J. Green passed away January 11, 2022.  Loving husband of Danielle (nee Haines).  Devoted father of Matthew and Declan.  Beloved son of Susan Costello-Dougherty and the late Gary Green.  Dear brother of Heather Thornton (Doug) and Emma Dougherty.  He will also be sadly missed by his grandmother Thelma Green;nephew of James Costello (Kathleen), Barbara Parker (Scott), Angela Costello (Renee), Micheal Green (Tracy) and the late Linda Driggs (Mario). Loving son in law of Diane Ferrell, brother in law of Diane Palandro (Rick) and Kimberly Keenan. Beloved uncle to Harper, Paige, and Jayce. Matthew is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday, January 17, 2022, 6:00PM to 9:00PM Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia , and also his Funeral Mass Tuesday, January 18, 2022 10:30 AM St. Anselm Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Road, Philadelphia, PA .  Interment is Private.
