Maureen Agnew-Dimes passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 64. She was the beloved wife of 30 years to Todd, and the loving mother of Maura Dimes and Colleen Dimes. Dear sister of Dolores Matecki (Michael), Kathy Bogas (Mark), Colleen Smith (Robert), Jack Agnew (Maria), and Joseph Agnew. Maureen is also survived by many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A proud graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School, Maureen went on to build a meaningful career as a Registered Nurse. She spent much of her nursing career in the Emergency Room at Episcopal Hospital, where her compassion and dedication touched countless lives. Maureen also shared her knowledge and experience by teaching clinicals at La Salle University, where she helped guide and inspire young nurses.

Above all, Maureen's world revolved around her family. She absolutely loved nothing more than being with those she held dear. In her free time, she enjoyed spending days down the shore, especially in Sea Isle City, where she found peace and joy.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on October 6, 2025, at 9:00AM at Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia PA 19114), followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church (9700 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114). Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Maureen's name can be made to the Alzheimer's Assocation or to St. Francis Inn , 2441 Kensington Ave. Phila., PA 19125.
