Born July 9, 1934 at Germantown Hospital and died March 6, 2010 of respiratory failure. She attended St. Athanasius School in Phila., PA, St. Charles Borromeo School in Bensalem, PA, and she graduated from Nazareth Academy in 1952, where she was voted Most Popular in her class. After completing high school, she went on to graduate from Peirce Business College in 1954, as well as the Philadelphia Modeling and Charm School. She was a member and served as an Advisor to St. Katherine of Siena, C.Y.O. for 15 years and traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Ireland. She was employed at Photographic Society of America and an Analyst for Registration and Credentialing for E.C.F.M.G. from 1990-present. Hobbies she enjoyed were antiquing, fashion sewing, Irish history, cooking and shopping. Ms. Coyne is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael Coyne, of Andalusia. She is survived by her sister, Anderenia G. Coyne, brothers Enda (Margaret M. DeLuca), Brendan (Shirley Cooper) and the late Michael; nephews Brendan, Michael, Patrick, and Robert; nieces Maureen, Catherine, and Anna Marie; six great nephews, six great nieces, three great, great nieces, and one great, great nephew. Maureen was loved, admired, and respected, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Wednesday evening, 7-9 P.M. and Thursday morning, 8:30-9:30 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. (S. of Grant Ave.). Funeral Mass 10 A.M. at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9720 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19114. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
