Michael J. Barauskas, age 50, passed away suddenly on August 22, 2025.

He was the beloved husband of Nicole Filosi-Barauskas and the cherished son of Elizabeth Barauskas and the late Raymond Barauskas, Sr. Michael was a devoted son-in-law to Mark and Donna Filosi, and a loving brother to Raymond Barauskas, Jr.

He is also survived by a large and loving extended family — including brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins — all of whom will miss him deeply.

A passionate Philadelphia sports fan, Mike especially loved cheering on the Flyers. He had a deep appreciation for music, particularly Aerosmith, and a lifelong love for dogs.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114, beginning at 11:00 AM, with a service to follow at 12:30 PM.

Interment will be private.
