Michael unexpectedly passed away on March 29, 2021.  Michael was born in Kensington and a graduate of Northeast Catholic High School, class of '75.  He is also a retired police officer for the City of Philadelphia.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents George and Jane (nee McGuigan).  He is the beloved boyfriend of Sherrie Hosbach.  Michael is also survived by his sisters Jane Foley and Susan Bottum, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Tuesday, 9-10:15 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19114.  Funeral Service 10:30 A.M.  Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to Pennsylvania SPCA , 350 E. Erie Ave., Phila., PA 19134, would be appreciated.
