Michael J. Cush passed away suddenly on August 14, 2025, at the age of 71. He was the beloved husband of Claire Cush (née O'Brien) and loving brother of Nancy Spina (Alan), Joan Marion (Keith), and the late Joseph Cush, the late Francis Cush, the late Kathleen Griffiths, and the late John Cush. He will also be dearly missed by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Susan Cush, Catherine Cush, Karen Marino (Nicholas), Cheryl Marsella (Anthony), Raymond Keough (Melissa), George O'Brien (Kara), and Christine Keough. He is survived by many nieces and nephews who brought him great joy throughout his life.

An avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, Michael enjoyed spending time at the beach and making lasting memories with loved ones. He was a proud member of Local 30.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at St. Bernard Church, 7341 Cottage Street, Philadelphia. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
