IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Michael F.
Starsinic, Sr.
April 13, 1947 – April 7, 2025
Michael F. Starsinic, Sr., 77, passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2025. He was the beloved husband of 51 years to Anne Starsinic (nee Durkin), and a loving father to Michael Starsinic (Jennifer) and April Fulp (Thomas). He was a devoted Pop Pop to Damian (Daisy), Julianna, Isabella, Liam, Adam, and Grace, and cherished Great-Grandpop to Josephine and Jase. Michael is also survived by his dear brother Gerald Starsinic, sister Patricia Joma (Antony), and many loving nieces and nephews.
Michael was a proud graduate of Father Judge High School and honorably served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a machinist at Richard Brothers, later moving to the Navy Yard and finally to the U.S. Post Office before retiring.
A lifelong Philadelphia Phillies fan, Michael enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family; he never missed a chance to attend one of his grand kids' sporting and school events. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him for his warmth, humor, and devotion to his loved ones.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday April 28, 2025 at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass at St. Dominic Church at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery at 1:30 PM.
