Michele Percak 64, of Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully on the evening of September 5, 2026 surrounded by family after battling illness for a long 9 years. She is preceded in death by her parents Marion and Elinor Percak and her brother Micheal Percak. Michele is survived by her sisters Barbara Bralczyk, Diane Drennen and Nanette Percak. Along with many nieces and nephews. She spent the last 36 years of her life enjoying time with her domestic partner Guy Trost and the life they lived together. She truly loved her cats and taking care of them and she enjoyed spending time in her art room working on projects. She was kind, always helpful and there when you needed her. She will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00AM-11:30AM at Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia PA 19114), followed by her Memorial Service. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations in Michele's name can be made to the American Cancer Society. Please feel free to wear your favorite Phillies gear as it was Michele's favorite team.
