Michelle unexpectedly passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 54.

Loving mother of Alexa and Dante.  Mom Mom of Iris and Alaya.  Sister of Jason Lock, Michael Lock, and the late Eugene Fornal.  Daughter of Eugene (Barbara) and the late Wendy Lock.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.
