Mirtha Julia Hernandez (nee Pupo) passed away January 1, 2021 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Hernandez. Loving mother of Maria Corrigan and Manuel M. (Leslie). Dear grandmother of Joanne Roma (Daniel), Joseph Corrigan (Alycia), Michele Shea (Michael), Michael Corrigan (Jessica), Matthew Hernandez, Dominic Hernandez, and 10 great grandchildren. Mirtha was the second youngest of 6 children and is survived by 2 siblings, Jorge Pupo and Haydee Mir. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. Mirtha loved playing bingo, cards, and gardening but above all she loved her family. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday January 8, 2020 9:30 AM at St. Dominic Church, 8504 Frankford Ave. Phila,. PA 19136 followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment St. Dominic Cemetery.
