Monica A. Hazel, age 60, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2025.  She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Mary Jane Hazel. Dear sister of Kimberly Manning (Kevin Cariola) and Sandra Hazel.   Dear Aunt of Connor and Tyler Manning.  She will also be greatly missed by her two orange tabby fur babies, Maverick & Goose.  Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

As a family, in honor of Monica's life long passion for her Philadelphia Eagles, we request that all those who are able, to please dress in their Eagles finest.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9 A.M.-10:45 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.  Memorial Service at 11:00 A.M.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Cats Bridge to Rescue, 2820 Old Lincoln Hwy #4, Trevose, PA 19053 in Monica's memory would be appreciated.
