Myong Son "Steve" Yoon, age 85, passed away peacefully at his home on October 23, 2024.  Mr. Yoon was born in 1938 in Incheon, South Korea, immigrated to the US in 1971, and resided in Bucks County for the past 50+ years, most recently in Bristol, PA.

Myong Son was the devoted husband to In Sook Yoon for 60 years, father of Amy Hoffman (John) and Christina Yoon (Brian Brunelle), and adoring grandfather of Sam Hoffman.

An engineer by training, Myong Son worked for several industrial corporations throughout his career before switching gears to open and operate several businesses with his wife.  Upon retirement, Myong Son became an avid golfer, and achieved a hole-in-one at one of his favorite courses.   He also enjoyed traveling, fishing, and rooting on his Fightin' Phillies.

Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate Myong Son at a Viewing and Prayer Service on Friday evening, November 1, 2024 at 8 P.M, and a Funeral Service on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 10 A.M. at Bucks County Presbyterian Church, 1550 Woodbourne Road, Levittown, PA 19057.   Interment will follow on Saturday morning, November 2, 2024, at 11:45 A.M. at Harbourton Cemetery, 1516 Harbourton Rocktown Road, Lambertville, NJ 08530.  Following the interment, family and friends are invited to a lunch reception at Purple Leaf Chinese and Japanese Cuisine at 19 Floral Vale Blvd., Yardley, PA 19067.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that you donate in Myong Son's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital .

윤명선 (Myong Son "Steve" Yoon) (85세)이 2024년 10월 23일 자택에서 평화롭게 세상을 떠났습니다. 윤 씨는 1938년 한국 인천에서 태어나 1971년 미국으로 이주하여 지난 50년 이상Bucks County에 거주했으며 가장 최근에는 펜실베이니아주 브리스톨에 거주했습니다.

명선은 60년 동안 모인숙의 헌신적인 남편이었고, Amy Hoffman (John)과 Christina Yoon (Brian Brunelle)의 아버지였으며 Sam Hoffman의 사랑하는 할아버지였습니다.

엔지니어로 교육을 받은 명선은 아내와 함께 여러 사업을 열고 운영하기 전까지 여러 산업 기업에서 일했습니다. 은퇴 후명선은 열렬한 골퍼가 되었고 가장 좋아하는 코스 중 한 곳에서 홀인원을 기록했습니다. 그는 또한 여행, 낚시, 야구 "Fightin' Phillies" 를 응원하는 것을 즐겼습니다.

친구와 가족은 2024년 11월 1일 금요일 저녁 8시에 열리는 추모 및 기도 예배와 2024년 11월2일 토요일 오전 10시에 펜실베이니아주 레비타운 우드본 로드 1550번지에 있는 Bucks County Presbyterian Church에서 열리는 장례식에 초대됩니다. 2024년 11월 2일 토요일 오전11시 45분에 뉴저지주 램버트빌 1516 Harbourton Rocktown Road에 있는 Harbourton Cemetery에서 안장합니다. 안장 후 가족과 친구는 펜실베이니아주 야드리 플로럴 베일 블러바드 19번지에 있는 Purple Leaf Chinese and Japanese Cuisine에서 열리는 점심 리셉션에초대됩니다.
