Nancy L. Pusicz (nee Gifford), passed away peacefully on June 19, 2025, at home, surrounded by her loving family and friends, after a long illness.

Born on January 1, 1948, to the late Frank and Janete Gifford, Nancy was raised in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia alongside her three sisters and one brother, she was the youngest.  As a child, she loved going downtown with her father and going shopping.  This love of shopping would stay with her for life.

Nancy attended Kensington High School, in the 11th grade she enrolled in Wilfred Beauty Academy, where she became a licensed beautician. She loved music, dancing, and was even featured on the original American Bandstand. She truly had all the right moves.

She is survived by her devoted children: Kimberly Becker (Edward), Janeen Taylor (Jamison), Nicole Pusicz, and Nancy Pusicz (Corey Woods). She was a loving Grammy to Jessica Holzerman (Dave), Janette Fitzgerald (Cody), Briana Checkovage, William Checkovage, Makayla Clark, Tori Frosch, Abby Rowlett, Russell "Bean" Rowlett, and Julian Hasson; and a proud great grandmom to Shane Fecht, Dylan Holzerman, and Evan Holzerman.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Friday, June 27, 2025, 10:00 AM Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Service 12:00 PM.  Interment will be held privately.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Women's Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 in Nancy's memory would be appreciated.
