Nella Carpino (nee Vizza) passed away peacefully on October 20, 2026. Beloved wife of Pasquale “Lidio,” Nella was a loving sister to Carmine Vizza (Angela) and Gennaro Vizza. She was a dear aunt to Juli Vizza, Mark Vizza, and Melissa Iannucci, and a proud great-aunt to Timothy.
Born in Cosenza, Italy, Nella treasured the simple pleasures in life. She enjoyed shopping and trips to the casino, but nothing brought her greater joy than cooking and spending time with her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, followed by her Service at 11:00 AM.
Interment will be private.
