Norma Jean Emper (nee Fredericks) passed away on March 23, 2022 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of the late Frank W. Loving mother of Chrissy (Bob), and Frank S. (Jamie). Dear sister of Anne Marie, Betty Jane, Marianne, and Margaret "Meg". Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
