After a long fight with breast cancer. Loving wife, friend and soul mate of Franny; beloved mother of Chris Palmer and Nicole; stepmother of Frank (Michelle) and Jeffrey; step-grandmother of Breanna and Frankie. Survived by her sisters, Pat Kelly and Barbara Graham (Bill); also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Mary Scott.
