Son of the late Marian (nee Hutchinson) and Howard J.  Loving brother of Shirley Bigger( the late John H. Bigger, Sr.) and the late Marian Shano.  Dear uncle of Cheryl L. Erwin and her husband James P., the late John H. Bigger, Jr. and the late Robert H. Bigger; also survived by his  great nieces Athena (Ray), Colleen (Sean), Megan (Frank), Patricia (Ryan), Kelley (James), his great great niece Kelsea, and his great great nephews Sean and James Luca.  Norman was a retired employee of Chevron (Gulf Oil) after 40 years of service.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday 9 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave, Phila., followed by his Funeral Service 11 AM.  Interment - Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 or the Morris Animal Foundation (caninelifetimehealth.org), in his memory would be appreciated.
