Oscar P. Dungan passed away peacefully on February 7, 2026.

He was the beloved husband of the late Leticia (nee Estepa). Loving father of Gerald “Gerry” (Megan) and O.J. Cherished Lolo of Michael. Oscar is also survived by many loving brothers and sisters.

He was born and raised in Orion, Bataan in the Philippines. Before coming to America, Oscar earned his bachelor's degree in engineering in 1977. In 1982, he emigrated to the United States to reunite with his wife and begin a new chapter of life with their two sons. Through hard work and determination, Oscar built a life for his family, working in construction and eventually becoming self-employed. He also owned and operated his own taxi in Philadelphia.

Oscar was deeply proud of serving as Block Captain in the Graduate Hospital section of Philadelphia, always looking out for his neighbors and community. He was also a faith-filled Christian and he shared his faith and commitment to others.

In his spare time, Oscar was a true movie buff who especially loved big action films. Above all, he cherished his role as Lolo and took great joy in his family.
