Otto A. Cotugno passed away September 20, 2023. Loving dad to Vince (Caroline), Debbie (Eric) and Dave Cotugno. Dear uncle to Linda, Diane (Jerry), Carmen (Jane) and Patrick. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Monday, October 2, 2023, at St. Katherine of Siena  Church (9700 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia PA 19114) from 9:30AM-11:00AM, followed by his Funeral Mass. Interment St. Dominic's Cemetery. In lieu of flower's donations in Otto's name can be made to the SPCA .
