Patricia A. Carraccio "Pat" (nee Monaghan) passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 1, 2024 just shy a day of 84. Beloved wife of 63 years to Joseph Carraccio. Loving mother of Martin, Andrew (Christine), Stephen (Colleen), Glenn, and Tricia Colón (Carlos). Adoring grandmom of Tony, Michael, Gina, and Nicholas; G-mom of Gabrielle, Vincent, and Rocco; Mom Mom of Julian and Angelo; Great grandmom of Hailey, Joshua, Connor, Nathan, Rhys, Kinsley, AJ, Carter, Christian, and Luca. Dear sister of Michael (Anne), and Jane Featherman (John). She is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday June 10, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 PM and Tuesday 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by her Funeral Mass 12:30 PM at Christ the King Church, 3252 Chesterfield Rd.
