Patricia-Ann passed away suddenly, February 6, 2020, at the age of 57.  Beloved wife of Michael, Sr.  Devoted mother of James (Kimberly), Michael, Jr. (Desiree Carlson), Jennifer, and Christopher.  Loving Mom Mom of Justin, Michael, Jocelyn, Isabella, Alexander, Dominic, Megan, and Hannah, Great Grandmom to Charleigh.  Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday, February 12, 2020, 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, followed by her Service 11:00 AM.  Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
