Pat passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.  Wife of the late Benjamin.  Mother of Dan Caputo (Margie), Bob Caputo (Colleen), Patti Ann Caputo, and the late Ben Caputo (Reneé).  Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Friday morning, 9-10:15 A.M. at St. Joseph's Church, 1795 Columbia Avenue, Warrington, PA 18976.  Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M.  Interment Forest Hills Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the American Heart Association , 1617 JFK Boulevard, Suite 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103, would be appreciated.
