Patricia Anne Donlon (nee Wetzel) passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 25, 2023.  The world has lost a beautiful soul.  Patty's kindness and compassion knew no boundaries. She always had a smile, hug, and kiss for everyone. A truly giving and forgiving spirit. She was the rock of the family and a dear, true friend to so many.

Patty was the beloved wife of her husband, Bob, of 60 years, who was her best friend, soulmate, and love of her life. She is survived by her mother, Anne.  She was a loving mom to Robert Jr. (Jill), Patricia Troy (Tom) and Heather Stein (Stan).  She was also mom-mom to Thomas (Nichole), Timothy, Samantha, Stanley, Tabitha, Sabrina and Shane and precious mom-mom to her great-grandchildren Kylie, Aubrey and Cali.  She was also a most cherished sister to Robbie (René), Paul and Raymond. Patty was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Her greatest joy was spending countless hours in the kitchen preparing a feast for a house full of family and friends. She loved taking trips to their Pocono home with her husband and family. She had a penchant for playing solitaire and Candy Crush alternating between her cell phone and iPad for hours on end.  She took pride in her work as a manicurist. She proudly wore the titles of world-class hugger and purveyor of "envelopes".  She was the family's very own special Tinkerbell.  She will be deeply missed by all.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia PA 19114) from 9:00AM-10:30AM, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00AM.  Interment George Washington Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Patty's name can be made to MSK Giving, Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
