Pat passed away November 5, 2019 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Les Simmins, Sr. Loving mother of Les Simmins, Jr. (Maureen), and Jeff Simmins (Lisa). Dear Mom Mom of Nick, Lindsay, Dana, Steven, and Danielle. Sister of Michael Foley (Marie). Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday 9:00 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by her Service at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
