Patricia Weaver (nee Thomas) passed away November 18, 2022 at the age of 84. Beloved mother of James (Richard), Michael, Cheryl Marziani (Frank), and the late Tina Toohey; mother-in-law of John Toohey. Loving grandmother of Kelsey and Victoria. Dear sister of Mary Borneo and the late Catherine Cooper. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday Nov. 22, 2022 at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 from 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
