Patrick V. Kelly passed away August 30, 2019 at the age of 60. Patrick was a US Navy Veteran, a graduate of Ascension grade school, Northeast Catholic High School in 1977, and an employee of the City of Philadelphia. Beloved son of the late Vincent and Clare Kelly. Loving brother of Maureen Brennan (Jack), Michael (Linda), Eileen McElvaney (Jim), Colleen Klink (Charles), Clare Durham (Larry), Mary Kelly, and Kathleen Kelly. Dear uncle of 24 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his gather on Thursday 8:30 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Funeral Mass 11 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church.
