Ramon N. Rivera, age 77, a proud United States Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and longtime resident of Philadelphia, passed away on September 20, 2025. Ramon was deeply devoted to his country, having honorably served in the Marines, and later continued a lifetime of service through a 48-year career as a guard for the United States Mint. His dedication, loyalty, and quiet strength will forever be remembered by all who knew him.

Ramon's family and his country will always remain grateful for his service, sacrifice, and the example he set through his steadfast commitment.

A private memorial service will be held on December 4, 2025, where Ramon will be laid to rest with military honors at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
