Raymond passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2022 at the age of 61.  He was a retired Philadelphia Police Officer.

Ray was preceded in death by his loving wife Judith and his father Raymond Miller.  He is survived by his beloved mother Betty; his sister Sue Perri (Tim); Uncle Lester Witt; nieces Ashley, Katelynn (James), Kelly; and nephew George, III.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Tuesday, June 7, 2022, from 9-10:45 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19114.  Funeral Services will begin at 11 A.M.
