Richard D. Herbert passed away suddenly September 17, 2021, at the age of 56.  Son of the late William and Jane Herbert.  Loving brother of William (Kathleen), Diane Fanelli, Sharon Nole (Leonard), and the late John.  Dear uncle of thirteen nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.  Richard is a member of MENSA and employed with the City of Philadelphia as a civil engineer.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather Thursday, September 30, 2021, 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by Words of Remembrance 8:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to American Heart Association, 1617 JFK Blvd. #700, Philadelphia, PA 19103 in his memory would be appreciated.
