Richard F. Fosbenner "Nug" passed away on December 10, 2018. A Korean War Veteran and a Philadelphia Police Officer, retiring after 20 years. He is the beloved husband of the late Elaine (nee Sweeney). Loving father of Debbie Vadimsky (Jeff), Robert (Ellen Greenwald), and Kevin (Sue McKinney). Dear Pop Pop of Justin, Vincent, Rebecca, and Dakota (Emily Demyanovich). Pop Pop Nuggers of Akari and Kevin. Brother of John, Jim, Joe, and the late Norman and Albert. He is also survived by his dear friend Colleen McKinney, and many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his Graveside Service on Friday, December 14, 2018  11:00 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd. Newtown, PA 18940.
