Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth. Loving father to Linda Shackleton, Richard M. Paul, Jr. (Lisa) and Ronald S. Paul (Colleen). Loving Pop to Katie, Mandy, Emily, Kevin, Eric, Ellen, Jackson, Alex and the late Sarah. Richard served as a US Marine from 1952-1955. He was a Philadelphia Police Officer in the Civil Affairs Unit for 20 years and was a loyal member of the Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of Lourdes Council 4546.
