Richard Sinclair passed away on April 24, 2023 after a long courageous battle with cancer at the age of 60. Beloved husband of Cindy. Stepfather of Lauren, Joe, and the late Gary. Grandfather of Joseph. Dear son of Richard Sinclair, Sr. (Terri) and Barbara Simms (Edward). Brother of Michael (Ellen), and Sharon. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday May 2, 2023 at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Interment private.
