Obituary
Rita J. Aucello passed away January 15, 2022. She was the only child and loving daughter of the late Ernest and Ethel Morrow Aucello. Rita was a 1966 graduate of Olney High School, Philadelphia, PA. and worked as a legal secretary until she was diagnosed with MS in 1990. Her interests in the Phillies and Eagles teams began with listening to the games on the radio with her dad.
Friends and family are invited to call on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114 from 10 – 11 AM, followed by her funeral service. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery, Abington, PA. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Rita's name to standuptocancer.org (100% of your donation received by SU2C will support cancer research programs.
