Passed away Sept. 18, 2014 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late George L. Brooks. Loving step-mom to Robert Harry Brooks (Ann), Nancy Sharp (Jack), Peggy Ireland, Georgeann Maguire (Mike), Brian Brooks (Sharon), Joseph Brooks, the late Mary Crawford (Kip) and the late William Brooks (Mary). Loving grandmom to 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving niece Maryann Coleman of Alaska, many other loving nieces and nephews in the New Jersey area; dear friend of the late Dottie from Attleboro Nursing Home. Rita is the last surviving sibling of 8 in the Smith family. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday 10 AM at St. Anselm's Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Rd. Phila., PA 19154 followed by her Funeral Mass 11 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
