Robert John Miller died peacefully on December 8, 2015 at St. Mary Medical Center with his loving wife and children by his side. He was 75 years old and died as a result of kidney failure and pulmonary fibrosis. Robert was a lifelong resident of the Phila. and Bensalem area. He proudly served in the US Navy in the Submarine Service and later became a master plumber. Surviving are his wife Lunda Miller, his daughter Lisa (Arthur), and his sons John (Maria) and Robert (Sandra). Also surviving are his beloved grandchildren, Evan, Karl and Jocelyn Rohrbach, Cooper Miller, and Ysabel and Orion Miller. Robert is also survived by his sister Marilyn Mac Dougall, his sister Virginia Schloegel, his brother-in-law John Schloegel and many nieces and nephews. Our family is deeply grateful to Robert's physicians for their expert care and compassion. We would also like to acknowledge the Nursing Staff and Respiratory Therapists of ICU B for their gifts of healing and extraordinary acts of kindness and Dr. Bertucci and the Spiritual Care Dept. for providing us with comfort and support. Family and friends are invited to attend the celebration of Robert's amazing life at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 on Saturday December 12, 2015 from 9:30-11:30 AM.
