Age 83, previous president of Employment Agencies Bennet Assoc. and Bob Wallace Associates. Bob's passion was to get good jobs for good people. A veteran of WWII he was a sergent in Pattons Army-333 Brigade involved in the Battle of the Bulge. A graduate in the 180th class at Central High School, he also graduated from Harvard University in 1950. Beloved husband of 59 years to Olga (nee Labb) he is also survived by 6 children, Judith Orr and husband Ronnie and their children Beth (Will) Welsh and Ryan Orr, Laurie Lanham and her husband Kerry and their children Kristen and David, Robert Wallace III, Beth Leahy and husband Robert and their son James, William Wallace and his wife Leaner and their children Julia and Zachary, and Wendy Wallace. Bob was a long standing member of the Wissinoming Presbyterian Church. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects Wedneday Eve. 7-9PM and also Thursday 8:30-9:15AM at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave. followed by his service 10AM Wissinoming Presbyterian Church, Torresdale and Howell Sts.
