Ronald J. Watt passed away peacefully February 3,2024 at the age of 76, with his family by his side. He is the husband of the late Suzanne (nee Vanderhoff). Beloved father of Amy, Christopher, and Eric. Pop Pop to Aydan, Preston and Nolan. He is the son of the late Edmond and Margaret (nee Klassen) Watt. Loving brother to Leo (Linda), Maureen Mann (Stephan), Denise Ruggieri (Mark), and the late Edmond, he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Ron was a graduate of Cardinal Dougherty HS class of 1965, a US Navy Vietnam era veteran serving on the USS Orion. When Ron left the navy he opened his first motorcycle shop in Germantown called the Graveyard, in 1970 he established the Bike Works in Glenside and operated the business until he retired in 2021. Ron was a avid hunter, active member in many organizations and a friend to all.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday evening February 15th from 5:00PM to 8:00PM and Friday morning February 16th from 9:00AM to10:30AM at the Burns Funeral Home 9708 Frankford Ave Phila. PA 19114, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00AM St. Katherine of Siena Church 9700 Frankford Ave Phila. PA 19114. Interment will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery on Tuesday February 20, 2024 at 1PM. The funeral procession will gather at 11:45 AM  at Burns Funeral Home 9708 Frankford Ave Phila. PA 19114 and will leave at 12 noon to the cemetery.
