It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Wright, age 77, on May 13, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Sharon Wright (née Smalley) for 55½ years, and the devoted father of Ronnie Wright (Dawn), Mark Wright (Tracy), and Kimberly Gray.

Ron was a cherished Pop to Josh, Kayla, Mason, Kevin, Caden, and Nathan, and a proud great grandpop to Aurora, Iris, and Galaxy. He was also a loving brother to William, Laraine, and Ernest, and is survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Known for his love of life's simple pleasures, Ron had a deep passion for fishing, playing cards, and solving puzzles.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Sunday evening, May 18, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and again on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 9:30 AM, at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114. A service will follow at 11:00 AM. He will be laid to rest at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
