Rose "Rosie" (nee Olivastro) of Philadelphia, passed away on November 16, 2017, at the age of 94.  She was the daughter of the late Philip and Angelina (nee Sciorilli).  Rose was the beloved wife of the late Frank Wiley, Jr. and devoted mother to Frank Wiley III and David Wiley (Lisa).  Rose was the eldest of seven siblings, and predeceased by her sister Elsie; and her two brothers, Joseph (Delores) and Michael.  She is survived by her three grandchildren Lisa, Nicholas, and Jason, three sisters Grace, Angela "Dolly" (Ed), and Mary; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.  Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday, November 21, 2017, 9 AM, at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19114 followed by her Service 11 AM.  Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Montgomery County.
