It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Rosemary S. Foreman (nee Tully), who passed away peacefully at the age of 85 on February 14, 2025, with her son and granddaughter by her side.

Rosemary, more commonly known as Mom-Mom Roe, was the center of the family.  She had an extraordinary gift to make everyone feel loved and special, bringing family together under her roof.  She had an uncanny ability to find joy and humor in small things, even on her toughest days.  She loved animals (sometimes maybe more than she loved people), Jesus and Entenmann's cakes.  "Mom-Mom" always opened her home to anyone that needed a place to stay, and most of her family called her house their home.  She will be remembered for her warm hugs, kind heart, and infectious laughter.

Rosemary was born in Philadelphia, PA.  She was the daughter of the late Albert and Angelina Tully.  She is survived by her son John Foreman (Gloria), her sister Donna Steinmetz (Ron), her grandchildren Jacquelin Brown (Zachary), J.J. Foreman, Danielle Foreman, Kaitlyn Foreman, Tyler Mattson (Diamando), Nicole Grambling (Jason), Angela Gilson (Ryan), and Valarie Kauffman; and her great-grandchildren Ian, Colin, James, Audrey, Jack, Christiana, Adeline, and Hannah.  She was predeceased by her sister Elaine McLaughlin, brother Al Tully and her son Robert Foreman.  She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, March 1, 2025 , from 1:00-2:30 P.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.  Funeral Service 2:30 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association , would be very much appreciated.
